        it was imported.

Change: Updated message that appears with "Enter a Filename for the New
        Module..." to specify that the newly created Module will be
        saved to e-Sword path (default is c:\Program Files\e-Sword).
Reason: Reduce confusion on location of new file.

Object: various
Change: Updated program so abbreviations.txt is not required.  For
        backward compatibility, it still can exist (it must exist in the same
        folder as MEd.exe).
Reason: Users reported issues with "Missing abbreviations.txt file"

        and clicking OK).
Change: Changed code to allow for blanking out text (clearing all text
        and clicking OK).
Reason: Enhance features
